About Us

Jill & Co at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group is one of the top-ranking real estate teams locally in Northeast Wisconsin and overall in the state of Wisconsin.  Earning the status of a top-ranking team means that we are producing some of the highest numbers in regard to transactions and production value.  We are a team of knowledgeable real estate experts who have a passion for helping our clients through every step of the buying and/or selling process.   Jill & Co is consistently awarded the prestigious Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Award for multi-million dollar producing teams.

As a team, we work together to be sure every detail in each transaction is taken care of for our clients.  All members of the team have strong ties to the community and volunteer their time and skills to organizations and events that make a difference in our community.  Many agents on the team have also gone on to achieve additional certifications such as Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, and Global Luxury Certification. Certifications are not required to be a REALTOR®, it is just another way we work to stay current and educated and to best serve our clients.  Homes and real estate are some of the biggest investments of your life, we not only understand that, we strive to make the purchase and sale of any property as streamlined and easy as possible for you.

Jill Dickson-Kesler who has been in the industry since 1993 leads the team and has consistently won awards recognizing her accomplishments not only in the Real Estate industry but also for her work giving back to the communities in which we live and work, both monetarily and by being involved in Boards or volunteer positions for local organizations.  Jill sits on the Board of Directors for the Realtors’ Association of Northeast Wisconsin, and is involved in multiple different committees for the organization.

We’d love the opportunity to work with you!  Contact us to find out what we can do to help you with all your real estate needs.
